QS Booking ("the App") is a booking application for Wix sites, developed and operated by QSinity ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who this policy is for

• Site owners (merchants) who install the App on their Wix site to manage bookings.
• Site visitors (customers) who use the booking widget on a merchant's site to book an appointment.

2. Information we collect

When a customer makes a booking through the App, we collect and store:

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking details: the selected service, date, time, and any additional information the customer provides in the booking form.

When a merchant configures the App, we store the merchant's service definitions, working hours, and booking records associated with their site.

We do not collect payment card details. The App does not process online payments in this version; payment is handled directly between the customer and the merchant.

3. How we use the information

We use the information solely to provide the App's booking functionality:

• To create, confirm, and manage bookings on behalf of the merchant.
• To send booking confirmation and cancellation emails to the customer and the merchant.
• To display bookings to the merchant in their dashboard.
